You might have seen MoneySaver in your letterbox before. Little soldiers of unaddressed advertising material, slotted into your mailbox like shiny samples of hand cream; purse-sized pages of colourful ads and special offers.
Well, now your purse-sized bargain delights have moved into the 21st century and can all be found online. Not only that, but you can chat in our forums, post on our Shopping Tips page, check out our free stuff and generally surf around looking for bargains and the like.
Now, don’t be fooled into thinking this is the end of the print world. By no means will we be stopping our ink and paper version of MoneySaver. This web page is for you Internet minded Savers, and anyone who has the misfortune of having a ‘No Junk Mail’ sign on their letterbox. (By the way, how dare anyone refer to us as ‘Junk Mail’! Junk Mail, indeed. We prefer the term ‘Shiny Printed Snippets of Special-Offer Joy’.)
The other new thing about MoneySaver Online (apart from its general, overall new-ness) is something called an ‘Online Offer’. This piece of genius that jumped out of the MoneySaver brainbox refers to Special Offers that are localised to your area. So if you search using your postcode you can find special, exclusive, one-off offers that are only available in your immediate and surrounding suburbs.
Is that awesome or is that awesome?
